In 2020 we were looking for a townhome in Mount Pleasant. Andrea initially showed us several possibilities, the day after Christmas! None of them were what we were looking for, so she continued to watch the market with our preferences in mind. When a new listing for a townhome came on the market, we were out of town. She contacted us and gave us a live virtual tour, covering every room and taking some key measurements for us.She gave us excellent advice on making the offer, which was successful. We were looking for a specific townhouse model in Marais at Seaside Farms. Andrea did everything she possibly could to identify any possible upcoming sales of that model, including sending letters to current homeowners to inquire as to their plans. Eventually a townhouse hit the market, on a Sunday morning. By the end of that day, Andrea had arranged a viewing for us, gave us advice as to how to develop an attractive offer, with an escalation clause, and submitted the offer that evening. Early the next day Andrea closed the deal. We strongly believe we would not have been able to purchase our new home without her. She then used her expertise to sell our current home, which had some unique aspects. Andrea was right there with us, every step of the way, until we found the right buyers. We absolutely believe that we would not have been able to sell our home, and get through the due diligence , and the closing, without her help.
